In these cases, we will happily replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.

  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
