Recommended use
The best time to take a pre workout is about 20-30 minutes before exercise to maximise energy, focus, and endurance during your workout.
Mix one serve (8g) in 470ml of water or two serves (16g) to 940mL of water. Shake or stir for 5-10 seconds or until powder dissolved. Enjoy! Do not exceed more than two scoops within 24 hours.
